Here is my pastry midterm.
It is a Rocky Road Brownie with Vanilla Bean ice cream.
It was made in the minimalism style.
I did okay, I guess.
But my teacher said it was sterile looking and too fudgey.
Plus the dumb mini marshmallows burned and it was too minimalistic.
Well I thought it tasted good!
Guess there is always finals to make up for my sterile brownie!
